biographies of each of our senior managers and
directors are as follows:

Marc C. Whyte,
Director, President and Chief Executive Officer,
co-founded NovaRay in June 2005. Mr. Whyte has extensive financing and
operational experience in high-technology and industrial enterprises,
has over 25 years experience as an executive manager, and has served as
a director on a number of boards. Mr. Whyte has been chairman of Triple
Ring Technologies since February 2005. From 1992 to June 2005, Mr. Whyte
held the positions of CFO, President, and CEO of NexRay Inc., formally
known as Cardiac Mariners Inc. During that period, he raised over $80
million in venture capital funding for the company. Previously, Mr.
Whyte was President and CEO of Engine Parts Corporation, a privately
held company specializing in the re-manufacturing of automotive engines.
Mr. Whyte grew Engine Parts Corp. to manufacturing and selling over
6,000 engines annually. In 1989, Mr. Whyte negotiated a successful
acquisition of the company and remained President until 1992. From 1971
to 1984, he was President and CEO of Goodies Auto Stores, Inc. where he
developed and built a chain of automotive parts stores located in
Northern California. |

Edward G. Solomon,
Director, Chief Technical Officer,
co-founded NovaRay in June 2005. Mr. Solomon
has over 25 years experience in the development
and commercialization of technology in venture-financed
companies in Silicon Valley. Mr. Solomon has
been a co-founder and director of Triple Ring
Technologies since February 2005. Mr. Solomon
worked at NexRay from 1993 to December 2004
and was responsible for developing the architecture
and much of the intellectual property in the
cardiac catheterization system, now owned
by NovaRay. He is a named inventor on 12 of
NovaRay’s patents. Previously Mr. Solomon
was Vice President of Engineering at Resumix,
Inc. From 1986 to 1992, he was a General Partner
of Dillon Read Venture Capital responsible
for technology investments and a director
on four portfolio company boards. From 1979
to 1985, he was a Senior Engineer and Project
Manager at Oximetrix, Inc., a manufacturer
of patient-monitoring equipment and drug-delivery
systems. Mr. Solomon holds B.S. and M.S. degrees
in Electrical Engineering from the University
of Cape Town and an M.S. from the Stanford
Graduate School of Business. |

Russell M. Singleton, Ph.D., Chief Operating Officer, joined NovaRay in January, 2012.
Dr. Singleton has over 30 years of transformational achievements in general management,
marketing, strategic business development and engineering in medical and semiconductor
capital equipment businesses. From 2008 to 2011, Dr. Singleton was President and CEO of
Molecular Image, an early stage medical diagnostics company, where he continues as director.
From 2006 to 2007, he was General Manager of the Single Positron Emission CT Business at
Philips Healthcare, where he drove a successful turnaround which resulted in almost doubling
in market share and significant improvement in profitability. Prior to Philips, Dr. Singleton was
Vice President of Engineering and Informatics at Perlegen Sciences, a venture-backed
personalized medicine company. From 1995 to 2003, Dr. Singleton was Vice President
and General Manager at KLA-Tencor, a semiconductor inspection and metrology company
leading businesses spanning instrumentation, software and consulting. Before KLA-Tencor,
Dr. Singleton was Vice President of Engineering at Molecular Dynamics, a life sciences tools
company. Prior to Molecular Dynamics, Dr. Singleton was at KLA Instruments starting from
Sr. Scientist advancing through Vice President of the Metrology Business Unit. Dr. Singleton
received his B.E. (Electrical) from Pratt Institute, and his M.S. and Ph.D. from the University
of Illinois in Electrical Engineering. He completed the AEA/Stanford University Executive
Institute program on Management of High Tech Companies while at KLA-Tencor. |

Lynda L. Wijcik,
Chairman, is Managing Partner of BioBridge
LLC. From January 1995 to September 2006 Ms.
Wijcik consulted, invested and assisted companies
in financings as a managing partner of her
consulting firm Biobridge Associates. In October
2006 Biobridge LLC was formed by Ms. Wijcik
and her husband to do Investments. Ms. Wijcik
has a background in cancer and genetic disease
research at the University of British Columbia,
the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto,
Canada, and the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer
Center in New York. Over the past few years,
she has assisted in growing two biotech companies,
Metra Biosystems (acquired by Quidel) and
Connetics (acquired by Steifel Laboratories).
At both these companies, she was part of the
founding team, helping them to obtain venture
capital funding, and was Vice President of
Marketing and Vice President of Business Development,
respectively. She has assisted several biotech
companies in raising over $100 million in
seed, first, and second round venture capital
financing. These companies include NexRay,
Geron, Connetics, Metra Biosystems, Nanogen,
Onyx Pharmaceuticals, and Origen Therapeutics.
She is a Director of Origen Therapeutics,
NovaRay, Medispectra, and United Systems Access,
a telecommunications company. She received
her B.S.C. degree from Simon Fraser University
(Canada). |

George J.M. Hersbach,
Director, is the founder and Chairman
and CEO of Heartstream Group since July 2002,
an investment corporation which specializes
in the financing of innovative companies (healthcare,
cleantech, and technology). Mr. Hersbach formed
partnerships with major healthcare companies
and raised more than € 500 million in
various forms of financing. Mr. Hersbach is
a director on several boards, including Theolia
(France) Global Interface (France), EU’s
Enterprise Policy for SME’s (of European
Commission, Belgium), and he is an advisor
to the board of several companies. Prior to
his current position, from February 1993 to
July 2002, he was President & CEO of Pharming
Group, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical
company. From May 1987 to February 1993, Mr.
Hersbach was founder and Vice President of
Operations at EuroCetus (part of Cetus, later
Chiron, now Novartis), and from February 1977
to May 1987, he held international research
and development and manufacturing management
positions at Gist-brocades (now DSM). Mr.
Hersbach is an entrepreneur with thirty years
of industrial experience with private and
publicly traded companies in various EU countries
and several US states and he holds a Master
of Science (cum laude) in Chemical Technology
from the University of Technology of Delft,
Netherlands (January 1977), and a European
Engineering diploma from FEANI in Paris, France
(September 1990). |

David J. Foster, Director,
is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of diaDexus, Inc., a private medical technology company, since
February 2007. From July 2005 to January 2007, Mr. Foster was a
consultant for various life sciences companies. From April 2002
to June 2005, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Argonaut Technologies, Inc., a public life sciences
instrument company. From December 1997 to October 2001, he was the
Chief Executive Officer of Cohesion Technologies, Inc., a public
medical technology company. Prior to that position, he held several
positions at Collagen Corporation including General Manager, Senior
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance
and Administration. He has served on the board of directors of numerous
public and private companies including Cohesion Technologies, Inc.,
Innovasive Devices, Inc. and Pharming, N.V. Mr. Foster holds a B.S.
in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. |
