Triple Ring Technologies

NovaRay has contracted with Triple Ring Technologies, our product development and manufacturing partner, to perform the ongoing product development, system integration, and pilot manufacturing of NovaRay’s cardiac catheterization system. Triple Ring is an engineering services firm with significant experience in the development of medical imaging systems and medical instruments. The company was founded by the core team that developed NovaRay's imaging technology.

Triple Ring has a broad client base of medical device and instrumentation companies that do not compete directly with NovaRay. The company’s staff has unique experience in specialized areas relevant to NovaRay’s system, such as x-ray sources, photon-counting detectors, imaging physics, and image-reconstruction. Triple Ring shares a facility with NovaRay in Newark, CA.

The partnership with Triple Ring allows NovaRay to maintain ready access to the deep technical talent required to support and further develop its complex system, while also having the financial flexibility to adjust product development and manufacturing spending as required.
